02 Data we collect

We collect the categories of personal data below when you use our games, apps, or web services.

From players we know to be children, we limit collection to device information (such as device ID and IP address), general location (country or city level), and gameplay statistics and preferences needed to run the game.

We use personal data to:

• Provide, operate, and improve our games, apps, and web services.
• Personalize your experience and, where permitted, deliver relevant advertising.
• Meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

For players we know to be children, we limit use of their data to running core gameplay and app functionality, improving performance and experience, showing age-appropriate ads that are not behaviorally targeted, and meeting legal requirements.

04 Our legal basis for processing

Depending on the data and purpose, we rely on one of the following legal bases:

• Consent — for example, when you opt in to personalized advertising.
• Performance of a contract — to provide the services you've requested.

07 Children's privacy

Our apps are built so children cannot publicize their personal information. We don't include open chatrooms, forums, or social features that let children share personal details. Any interactive feature, such as a leaderboard or user-generated content, is protected by strict safeguards and requires verifiable parental consent before it's enabled.

If you're a caregiver, you can control how we collect and use your child's personal information.

Stop collection or use

To stop us from collecting or using your child's data:

• Email privacy@pocketarcllc.com with the subject line "Stop Collection Request," including your full name, your relationship to the child, and your child's account details.
• Or, in the app, go to Privacy Controls → Stop Data Collection.

Delete your child's data

• Email privacy@pocketarcllc.com with the subject line "Delete My Child's Data Request," including your child's username or account details.
• Or use Privacy Controls → Delete My Child's Data in the app.

Review your child's data

• Email privacy@pocketarcllc.com with the subject line "Review My Child's Data," along with proof of your identity and relationship to the child. We'll share the categories of data collected, why we collected it, and any third parties it was shared with.

11 Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or to meet our legal obligations. Once data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it securely.

12 Crash logs & diagnostics

When an app crashes, we automatically collect a crash log to help us find and fix the underlying issue. This may include your device model and OS version, the app version and build, and error details tied to the crash.

We also collect diagnostics data — app performance metrics like load times and crash frequency, and device metrics like CPU and memory usage — to keep our apps stable and identify where the experience can improve.

Both crash and diagnostics data are used only for troubleshooting and are shared only with the service providers who help us diagnose issues, such as Firebase Crashlytics and Bugsnag.

13 Complaints

If you believe we haven't handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority, such as the European Data Protection Board or an equivalent authority in your jurisdiction.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page whenever we do, and significant changes will be communicated through the app or our website.
